The domain was registered over ten years ago, however that phone number is bogus.

Checking the web archives reveals that the site was either without content or parked most of this time, and was likely activated on the modified date which would be only two months ago. And it expires in ten months.

According to a reverse address search on 411.com, Santa Cruz Ave in San Diego starts at civic number 3895. This is confirmed by Google Maps, so the address would appear bogus as well.
